Sidcup House Conversion

Office Block To Residential

Demolition | Strip Out

Background

Sidcup House now consists of 51 one and two bedroom high specification apartments split over seven floors of a converted office block. Mixing original features along with the latest upgrades in fixtures and fittings, Sidcup House provides tenants with a new level of renting to London.

Lancebox carried out Strip Out works Sidcup house, Station Road to a high level. The building was stripped back to the concrete frame shell, removing curtain walling, lifts and plant room structures. Roof-top plant and external stair case through 7 floors were also removed. I was very impressed with the competence of their operatives that demonstrated great professionalism towards the project, and particularly their site supervisors that had a proactive approach to the demands of the works required. Healthy and Safety was paramount for Lancebox, and with this in mind I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.
