Background

Lancebox Ltd acted as Principal Contractor for the demolition works at Livity School. As part of our service we also offered the school the opportunity to show their pupils how a construction site is managed safely and efficiently, hopefully inspiring the next generation to take up a career in the construction industry.

Scope of works

• Demolition of a mixture of prefab-built and masonry buildings

• Breaking out and removal of associated concrete slabs

• Removal of associated foundations

• Erection of hoarding to ensure safe and secure area of works
