Health and Safety Policy

Lancebox are committed to going above and beyond with their health and safety. All site managers are SMSTS (site manager safety training scheme) qualified. All site supervisors hold the SSSTS (site supervisor safety training scheme) qualification. All labour staff are CCDO (certificate of competency for demolition operative) qualified. All machine drivers hold a CPCS (construction plant competency scheme) card. As well, all our staff having had basic first aid and asbestos awareness training.

Lancebox use Prime Safety Europe to oversee their health and safety, offering both help and support. All of our sites have regular in house safety audits as well as independant external audits from Construction Safety South East.

All of our sites are covered by our detailed risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) as well as a comprehensive COSHH assessment.
